
Dr. Lynn Willis
President
Founder and President of Women of the World, Rev. Dr. Ralynn Willis has been credentialed with the Assemblies of God Denomination since 1987 and has served as a pastor, educator, and cross cultural minister during her ministry career. She has an earned Bachelor of Arts degree in Ministerial Studies and Pastoral Counseling, a Master of Arts degree in Cross Cultural Communications, and a Doctorate of Ministry degree in Leadership. In 2002, Dr. Lynn established Women of the World, International. Her husband, Dr. David Willis, has been her partner in ministry throughout their marriage. They have three children, five grandchildren, and many spiritual children and grandchildren throughout the world.

Dr. Lynn also wrote and published a book in 2024, titled: "The Muscle Christian". It's a collection of personal life stories and how her experiences connect with biblical insights and principles, in hopes of encouraging the reader to understand the power of the Holy Spirit in their own lives.

Dr. David Willis

Co-founder and secretary, Rev. Dr. David Willis has been credentialed with the Assemblies of God since 1981 and has served as a campus pastor, associate pastor, senior pastor, undergraduate and graduate school educator, academic dean, college president and cross-cultural educational specialist during his ministry career. He has
earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation and Parks from The Pennsylvania State University, a Master of Divinity degree with a concentration in leadership from the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary, and a Doctorate of Ministry degree in Leadership Development from Fuller Seminary. He has a passion to train up younger leaders. He also serves a as police chaplain and has done so for over two decades. He enjoys reading, exercise and travel in his spare time.
In 2002, David helped co-found Women of the World, International and
currently serves as the Vice-President and Secretary of the organization. His wife,
Dr. Lynn Willis, is his partner in life and ministry. They have three children, five
grandchildren, and many spiritual children and grandchildren throughout the world.
